My girlfriend and I bought our Richmond, CA house back in May of 2019, thanks to Luis. We got to know Luis from an Open House gathering. Since we were interested in buying a house and didn't have an Agent yet, we asked Luis if he would represent us. Once we started looking for houses, Luis turned out to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, immediately came across as being trustworthy (which is huge for me!), and he was very responsive and flexible, which again was very important to us for obvious reasons. We had some difficulty selling the home with another agent, and Luis convinced me to list it with him. We nearly sold the house during the peak of COVID in 2020, but this did not stop Luis from continuing to try to sell the home while we rented it. Luis was able to get us an offer over our expectations without listing the home on the MLS, and we were able to work out a deal for the tenants to leave early. Luis is a hard worker, and he doesn't give up. He is the kind of person you want in your corner to make sure your best interests are served.

Luis is by far the most committed and dedicated agent you can find. He always puts his customer first and puts himself in their shoes. We bought a house in Foster city area, and it was a pleasure working with him. He carefully listens to you and works with you. He is not the type of agent who wants to get the job done quickly for their benefit. He wants to make sure you are satisfied with the house and gives suggestions and recommendations. He always puts your benefit and interest ahead of his. Definitely will work with him again.

Great experience to team up with Luis and fulfill our goal. Luis has very strong people skills and handles clients, seller agents, the title company, and property managers very smoothly. He is quite knowledgeable and a quick learner. He is professional and gave us lots of practical advice. He is very patient and really good at understanding our needs.
